Trevor Skillen is founder, President, and CEO of Metasoft Systems, providers of FoundationSearch, the leading foundation fundraising resource for nonprofits. In addition to providing executive level support, mentoring, and assistance to FoundationSearch clients through Grant Development Services, he has also served as volunteer and fundraising advisor to numerous non-profit organizations over a 20 year period, including Treasurer and Vice-Chair, BC Software Association; Board Member, St. Claire School; Chair and Fundraising Committee Member, Delta Heritage Airpark; Director, BC Aviation Council; Endowment Committee Director, BC Aviation Council; and Fundraising Committee Member, Western Canada Wilderness Society.

Clinton George, Vice President, GDS
Clinton George is the Director of Grant Development Services at Metasoft Systems, makers of FoundationSearch, the leading foundation fundraising system for non-profits. Clinton has served the non-profit sector for over 20 years with extensive experience in fund development, campaign project design and implementation, grant-writing, donor management, board development and strategic program development.
Prior to joining the Metasoft’s GDS team, Clinton served as the Chief Executive Officer at YMCA Pietermaritzburg. Moreover, following his passion for helping non-profits achieve their missions, Clinton founded and managed a private consultancy firm specializing in program development, prospect research, and grant proposal writing.
Clinton is a proud dad to two talented teenagers, who are both competitive swimmers and have their eyes set on Olympic Gold in the near future.
